Medicinal Plant Workshop

Join us for a peaceful and engaging summer workshop led by community herbalist Michelle Major, where we’ll explore the world of medicinal herbs—many of which are likely growing right in your own backyard.

During this 2–3 hour gathering, we’ll sip herbal tea and take a slow walk through the gardens at Piggly Petals, learning about 10 medicinal plants that are easy to grow, often overlooked, and full of potential. From dandelions to calendula, yarrow to plantain, Michelle will share how to identify these plants, grow and harvest them, and incorporate them into simple remedies for everyday wellness.
