Medicinal Plant Workshop
Slow down. Sip tea. Rediscover the everyday power of plants.
Some of the most useful and fascinating plants might already be growing right outside your door—quietly offering benefits we often overlook. This July, we invite you to join us at Piggly Petals Flower Farm for a peaceful summer gathering that blends hands-on learning, community, and time in the garden.
The workshop will be led by Michelle Major, a knowledgeable local herbalist with years of experience and a passion for helping others understand and work with the plants around them. Michelle will guide us through 10 of her favorite medicinal herbs—from common garden “weeds” to cherished cultivated varieties—sharing practical tips, traditional uses, and helpful how-to’s for incorporating herbs into your daily life.
